As a service-producing company, Setur evaluates all complaints received one by one through the Customer Complaint Management System, which it has implemented in order to provide better service to our customers and to keep satisfaction at the highest level. Setur meticulously monitors and evaluates the feedback received from its customers and renews its services every day to optimize them in the light of this feedback.
